Trying to Make Every Night a Date Night
Sandwiches and True Blood - After our regular workout and errands (grocery shopping). Back to my place to make dinner. Ham and Turkey with Provolone Cheese on sourdough with whole seed mustard. Then on to watched the last two episodes of True Blood season three off of my computer. For dessert we sipped on White Russians. It seems more romantic to me huddled close watching on my little screen. Small buzz going - makes me wish we had our own place to enjoy the closeness further. One other thing happened that surprised me. Ryan commented on my two newest CD purchases. Colbie Caillat "All of You" an Matt Nathanson "Modern Love". He listen to these while I cleaned up after dinner before kicking back and watching. He ask for the CD's so he can add them to his hard drive. For one I consider him to have good taste in music but it also feels that we don't have that connection to converse over. Like I am too young and grew up during a different era. Unlike Amy who knows him so well and "gets him" Either way it was nice.
I remembered something - while watching True Blood Ryan said that if he was a shape-shifter he would turn into a horse for me. But I would have to take care of him and brush him. =)
